The driving force of GREEN ARCHITECTURE, Vidur Bharadwaj is the initiator of sustainable developments in Delhi and NCR, as a Director of The 3C Company, has shaped the mandate of The 3C Company and set very high standards in the concept of green construction for others to follow. A graduate from School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi, he has taken creativity to new heights with his dynamic and innovative designs that have
brought accolades for him and his team. It is under his visionary leadership that The 3C Company has been recognized as the pioneer in sustainable green developments in Delhi and NCR. Patni Campus in Noida and Wipro Campus in Gurgaon are classic examples of Green Buildings that he has designed. Chairman of Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), Delhi Chapter, Vidur is also the Advisor for Hong Kong Development Group on “Sustainable Architecture in Urban Cities” and the Managing Partner of Design and Development, an architectural firm.
Vidur is the only architect in the world to have designed THREE PLATINUM and FOUR GOLD rated LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified Green Buildings under the USGBC (United States Green Building Council) umbrella. Known as the Green Man of Real Estate, he was felicitated in 2005 by the then President of India - Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam for developing the largest most Environment Friendly Platinum rated LEED certified green building in the world for Wipro Technologies, Gurgaon.
An avid reader and orator, Vidur has been contributing articles in various publications of repute. He remains the foremost choice as a speaker at many national and international forums that revolve around the discussion of reducing carbon footprint on the earth.
Surpreet Suri | Director
An expert in the field of infrastructure development, Surpreet Suri has an enviable experience of over 18 years in Construction and Interior Works. Turning a creative design to master piece is Surpreet’s forte as he has successfully developed millions of sq ft of real estate in Delhi and NCR for The 3C Group. Under his guidance the company has maintained a track record of timely delivery and superior quality for all the projects.
With his foresighted convictions and never ending aspirations, the 3C group has touched newer heights in developing a host of projects ranging from hotels and farmhouses to corporate offices of multinational companies. With an outstanding track record through functional responsibilities and results, Sumir has previously held the portfolio of Global Head & Senior Vice President - Strategic Initiatives & Infrastructure at EXL (EXLS Nasdaq).
He led the establishment of EXL’s global footprint and also served Aviva Global Services (UK) as a Director – Business Partnering, assisting the organization in migration of over 6000 roles from UK, Europe and Canada to India and Sri Lanka.

Deepak Khurana | Sr. Vice President - Corporate Affairs
A Commerce topper from Bal Bharti Air Force School, New Delhi, Deepak is a graduate from the Sri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers, Mumbai. Deepak has been playing a key role in the corporate affairs of 3C from the last 4 years.

India’s most respected nationalized bank. His profile in the Bank's Credit and Foreign Exchange Departments, from Branch Offices to Zonal Offices gives him hands on experience with all facets of financing, including Project Financing.
Rajiv Trehan | Sr. Vice President - Procurement & Commercial
An astute professional with 20 years experience and a graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta in B Com (Hons.) & Hons. in Systems Management, Rajiv Trehan spearheads the Procurement & Commercial wing at The 3C Company.
Rajiv has worked with a host of companies like EXL Service, Aviva Global, Amway India Enterprises, ITC Limited, Ballarpur Industries Limited, Shaw Wallace & Company Limited etc. in verticals like supply chain management, Commercial, Finance & Infrastructure. Yogesh Sharma | Vice President - Engineering & Construction
A Civil Engineer graduate with more than 24 years of professional experience in construction industry, Yogesh Sharma has been playing a key role in the accomplishments of 3C from the last 14 years. Yogesh has to his credit construction works of Govt. Buildings, Hospitals, Educational Institutions, Hotels and Resorts.
He has also worked on the interiors of MNC companies, Hospitals, IT companies, Five Star Hotels, Resorts & Embassies.
